Reminder!
Property owners in the original purchase tract are reminded that 2026 membership dues, as well as any outstanding past dues, are due by March 31, 2026. Invoices will be mailed with instructions for online and check payments. We encourage all members to pay online and set up their accounts via the website.
Membership Badge Reminder:
The LPPOA board and membership committee thank you for your continued use of membership badges. These badges, featuring your unique QR code, are essential for verifying membership in good standing and accessing community property.
Please do not discard your membership badge. These badges are reusable and will be utilized annually. Replacement badges will incur a fee. Please keep your badge in a safe place.
