Clubhouse features high ceilings, wood floors, patio deck,
kitchen, seating for 100, ample parking and a beautiful view of
the lake.

Other Fees

Seasonal
Company Use Fee
$130 per season.
Allows companies to rent clubhouse at the Member rate for season.
Rental Deposit
50%
of the rental fee is required to book/secure your date and
time.
Refundable Security Deposit
Function
(up to 6 hours):
$150 per event
Meeting
(up to 2 hours) Deposit equal to the rental fee
Not-for-profit meeting
(up to 2 hours) $50
Security Deposits
Will be in the form of a separate check payable
to the LPPOA.
Will be refunded if:
1. All rental areas are left undamaged and have been cleaned (interior
and exterior).
2. Lake is left undamaged. Renters are responsible for their guests'
actions.
Rental Hours
8:00am through 10:00pm (Sun-Thurs)
8:00am through 11:00pm (Fri-Sat)
Exceptions by special approval only.
A Band or DJ must shut down ½ hour prior to closing.
